Giganize: post a job, share one link, see who takes it
Free
for small groups, 2 open jobs at a time
1 link
your crew needs no app and no account
EN + ES
each person sees it in their language
Web app, works on any phone
One link per job
Post the job with the time, place and pay. Text the link. Everyone who opens it sees the same slots.
Locked slots
A slot stops taking names when it is full, so you never get three people on one gate and nobody on parking.
Waitlists and hand-offs
Late people join a waitlist. If someone drops, the next person is offered the slot, and a worker can hand a shift to someone else with your approval.
Approvals
Decide who is in. Approve a person once and their next sign-up is instant.
Reminders sent for you
A day-before text and email in English or Spanish, with the date and the job.
Crew lists and a calendar
Save the people who show up, reuse the list next time, and see every upcoming job in one calendar.
Free for small groups. A plan when the crews get bigger.
Free
$0, for good
2 open jobs at a time and 2 saved lists of up to 10 people. Locked slots, waitlists and reminders included.

More jobs and lists, personal links, the crew calendar, hand-offs and co-organizers.
For your crew
Always free
Workers never pay and never install anything. They open your link, type a name and number, and tap Accept.
Questions
Do my workers need an app or an account?
No. They open the link you text them, type their name and number, and tap Accept. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for, and they never pay.
Does Giganize pay people for me?
No. You pay people directly, the way you already do, or mark the job as volunteer work. Giganize shows the pay up front so everyone agrees before they accept.
Can people see each other's phone numbers?
No. Contact details are seen by the organizer only.
How much does Giganize cost?
It is free for small groups: 2 open jobs at a time and 2 saved lists of up to 10 people. A plan is $19.99 a month or $99.99 a year.
Can my crew use it in Spanish?
Yes. Giganize works in English and Spanish, and each person sees it in their own language, including the reminders.
Is there an age limit?
Giganize is not for children under 13, and every job asks people to confirm their age before they accept.
Is there an app to install?
Giganize is a web app at app.giganize.work. Organizers use it from any phone or computer; a native app is not needed.
Who makes Giganize?
Plantburgh Products, the product company of Plantburgh, a Pittsburgh plant care business. It grew out of the crew scheduling inside the Plantburgh Portal.
